- U.S.: We operate on a "take what you need" paid time off (PTO) policy. We trust our employees to take the time they need while ensuring responsibilities are covered and their absence does not disrupt business operations.
- Japan: Employees are entitled to a minimum of 10 days paid vacation per year, increasing with years of service, in accordance with national standards.
- France: Employees receive 2.5 working days of leave per month, totaling 30 working days per year, in line with French labor law.
- Brazil: Employees are entitled to 30 calendar days of paid vacation after every 12 months of work, as per Brazilian labor regulations.
